Cut, inhale, cry
lean back as you slowly die
Because thats what you do to yourlself
But it's better than feeling
better than anything
that you have found
and you've been around
as long as it relieves the tension
and you lose comprehension
you kill yourself
with each tear of skin, twisted breath, and your tears look at yourself, your a sickened, pale thing
tear the mirror down
throw it to the ground
your lost, then your found
you realize what you've been doing
you know you're not fooling
anyone anymore
even yourself
you ask a freind, your best one in fact
to help you clean up your act
you're hoping you won't
go back to the way you were before
you don't want to relapse once more
but you know
you can always go back to
the things that helped you get through

this is a really really good write I liked the first few lines they flow and sound really good they make a lot of sense its good you dont like drugs... *hugs* instead of *drugs* I liked itkeep your head held high...
read and comment my stuff if you want id love to hear what you think...

great write!! I loved the last '"paragragh" of your poem. it reminded me of myself and my feelings when I hit rock bottom. Things are getting better for me as I hope they are for you and your friend. Don't give up on your friend. Keep your head up.
