I know this taste all too well
It's the tears from my face
From the feelings I sell
I know this feeling all too well
It's taken over me
Though you couldn't tell
My heart bleeds through tears on this paper
Staining my writing
Until I re-write it later
If you could only see me
For who I really am
And not what I show
I'm a boy
Not a man
What more do I need to do
So I can get your heart from you
I'm so patiently waiting
I've already given my heart to you
I love you
