Here's another letter I'm sending to you
I'm sure you won't open it
Though it screams at you
I tried to write what I felt
Though it comes out all wrong
I tried to write with a purpose
But to you there's not one at all
You won't write me back
Nothing unusual about that
You'll continue in silence
While you turn your back
I will compromise myself
And go back to you
Tap on your shoulder
And smile at you
You'll smile at me
And think that I've changed
Hoping things will be
Like old times the same
I'll seal this letter up
With my heart inside
Please take it out
And don't let it die

| This was very nicely done. It doesn't tell the whole thing but keeps the reader interested. I enjoyed reading this one. It seemed so familiar to me. Thanks. |
