It warms me, it charms me
to mention but your name.
Is this intense burning
an eternal flame?
It makes me happy, it makes me sad
to see that you're the same
but I still get a burning which feels
like an eternal flame.
It hurts me, and it makes me cry
when I get to know that it was a game
but that feeling inside me never dies,
for its an eternal flame.
And when I see your picture on the wall
inside the tinted glass frame
my heart burns and my emotions churn
for it is an eternal flame.
