I lie awake In bed with you
Thinking about our love so true
I lean over and kiss your lips
Oh the feeling, when my heartbeat skips
You have no Idea the things I would do
Just for one more day, spent with you
These feelings I can not hide
So I show bear them to all with pride
Yet I can't seem to make you see
Just how much you really mean to me
With that call you took my life
Almost as though stabbed with a knife
Determination comes with this pain
I will not let these six months go down the drain
So many feelings, to hard to explain
Can't believe my love was in vain
If our own ways we must part
Along with you travels my heart
It seems you have me in a trance
And so I must ask, for one more chance.
