this love is like a glistening rose
embeded in the center of my heart
planted there, the first time i saw your face
blooming before i even knew it would start
nurished by your touch and your love
growing everyday more and more
even though now we are so far away
nothing can stop this transformation in my souls core
this cold gray world cannot dull my flowers shine
nothing can kill it, for it is already stronger
than anything that may grow near it
it has given me strength, and i will feel sadness no longer
