When you look at me
beauty you will see
but look a little farther
then you will really see me.
Many think it's a gift
but it's really a curse
being "ugly" is beautiful
being me is far worse.
You see nothing
but my beautiful face
you see nothing of
all my pain and heart ache.
I know what thoughts
every man has that i see
many go as far
as holding me down to touch me.
You think i'm lucky
because i'm so pretty
but i'd give it all up
so that no one would look at me.
