It's Over

Contributed by Hyper on Thursday, 29th April 2004 @ 02:07:55 AM in AEST
Topic: goodbyepoetry

Another special night ruined,
By pointless arguments,
Just what are we doin?
Cant even see eye to eye
When everything we tell each other,
Seems to be lies.
Weve been down this road before,
When we make up,
Just to break up.
Please tell me why we should try once more?
Please tell me what for?
Its obvious weve both seen this coming,
So why not quit while were both ahead.
Theres no reason for us to be together,
When this relationships a few months past dead.
What Im trying to say,
Is Baby Its Over
Its time we go our separate ways
Forgetting about our future,
And throwing memories from the past away.
Its over
It kills me to see us come to an end.
But our love has fell apart,
Theres no reason for us to try and mend.
