Dear lady of inspiration,
Nymph of artists,
Protector of the world
Beyond reality,
Return to me,
Cast your smiles light upon me.
Kiss me,
awaken my mind
With your verse-giving lips,
So I may praise
Inspiration
That comes through these lowly words
That cannot even my own prison open.
Come, my muse,
Awaken the fire in my mind.
I have not burned myself
With words of love and beauty
Since you left.
Caress my aura, let your hair down
And cover my face.
Speak through me of love and beauty,
For the absence of those two maidens
Brings pain and demise
When the intellect dies.
