My life has meaning.
Because of you,
My heart doesn't stop singing.
Because of you,
I wake each and every day.
Because of you,
I have strength come what may.
Because of you,
I have no more fears.
Because of you,
I have a love to cherish for years.
Because of you,
I have a new start.
Because of you,
A story is held within my heart.
Because of you,
My passion will always burn.
Because of you,
To love again I did learn.
Because of you,
There is a love so true.
Because of you,
Our hearts are no longer two.

I just loved the theme and flow of this poem. I think everyone in love could use this one.
