Salvation's Lie
If you see the light
Shining in your eyes
Ahead of you
With a step at a time
Turn away
And fade
Into the darkness
That sheds away light
With one step at a time
You reach your destination
And d*** salvation
It's just an illusion
For you to succumb to
The light is blinding
You with lies
The darkness hides
Everything behind
The choice is yours
But remember
That this choice
Is your last one
To live through

Interesting. I completely disagree though. If it were completely dark, it would be more blinding that pure light. Strong and opinionated poem. I enjoyed reading it.
