Force fed and conditioned
Has this been your plan?
Lacking truth
And proper nutrients
I stick my finger down my throat
To choke up all your lies
Is this falsehood your disguise?
Spoon-fed now wasted
To only feel complaisant
Lacking originality
And proper thought
I cut my wrists
To bleed out all youve taught
This falsehood clots my mind
Drained of your misguiding words
I see right through you
Forgetting all Ive learned
As it rains my birth once more
This water broke and spilled me out
Leaving this vessel desolate
And once again I try to start over
Sure this isnt the last time

Wow... you capture the emotion of an underlying consciousness that I think (as poets, artists, whatever) we all tap into. Very good write. can't wait to read more
