I sit here and listen to the thoughts in my head
Always missin, reminiscin, I'd be better off dead
Constant hurtin, nothing's workin, did you hear what I said?!
I'm tired of all the mistakes, lies, and charades
Everyday nonstop prayin that the memory fades
Hearts exposed, hate explodes, there's emotional rage!
Stab the knife in deeper, you like seein me bleed?
Twist it harder, make me suffer, there's more heartache to feed
Said I loved ya, blade gets hotter, thought I was all that ya need
See the tears in my eyes, feel all the guilt and the pain
You drop to your knees, what did you have to gain?
Even after I'm gone, you'll still feel the rain
I sit here and listen to the thoughts in my head

Say I'm sorry, guilt to carry, time to say goodbye
You deserved it, it was perfect, it was your time to die
Take the dagger, start to stagger, all the blood's runnin' dry...
