i placed you in a haven
of safe passage through
but with all wonder and amazement
you failed to make it through
you flew away on intrepid wings
all in which
each feather laced in gold
you joined the heavens father
unto which to not be seen
by the likes of me
for my path has been chosen
away from my love to be
for i am not worthy
of this paradise you have foreseen
i shall no longer hold my love
in the arms you see
i will go to hell
light years away from thee
but you will always be my love
no matter where i be
for hell shall be my paradise
for in which to see
the one i loved has made it
to her land of happiness
so no torture can behold me
because my love
this love
is forever true
