Early in the morning,
A little quiet time
Before the busy day.
A time to reflect
On the days past,
And those yet to come.
We tend to remember
The good things,
and forget the bad.
I sit and ponder
Where I will go
In the days to come.
And I find,
That I look forward
to the future.
Yes, to go to work,
And talk to friends,
And special people.
A sense of purpose,
and accomplishment,
Of doing a little good.
There are new friends,
New relationships,
New directions
Time to start the day,
Step out the door,
and take on life!

Thanks Valerie! Today, the wind came up, and blew the clouds away, so tomorrow, I ride! Will be so good to be out again, in the cold clean air! Would be great to share the road with a special friend, but how knows what the future will bring!
