Goodbye.
I'm leaving now.
Watch me cry
As I slowly fade
Because no one
Can see my pain
Though I believe
I've made it clear.
The world
It slowly eats away
At your soul.
These small things
Cause such bitterness
Outside stays the same
Inside, its different.
Storms rage.
The fighting
And clinging
To barely-there hope
Has taken its toll.
So goodbye
To the pain
To the fake smiles
To the ones
I still held to
With what love
I'd manage to find.
