I took a turn Hid from your face thought I was walking at a forward pace
They asked if I believed in you I denied I'm stuck like glue wanting the other side
my lifes a mess the last thing I want to do is confess what all I did do Even if it was just to you and no one else
because I'm stubborn and selfish and think I'm 'bright' even though deep inside your the only One who's right but I still have to fight I cant let go of this thing that bleeds down inside of me
Not alone I need to be set free And You're the only one who can Wash me, clense me with Your hands Clean in between the bends That have been infected in my heart I don't think it will help too much, but even so, It's a start

Wow..
This is the first poem, so far, that I've really been able to relate to. Props off to you. |
