I tried to understand
but my mind didn't function like yours
your reasoning process baffled me into silence
the selfishness you displayed is just cryptic code for some primal need you couldn't fill
it's not my problem
you are fake beyond a shadow of a doubt
no one can see in to the real you
it makes me afraid of
exactly who was seeing out
it is not my problem
you pummelled every one with your hypocritical views
then left them bloody and thoroughly abused
your soul is wrapped in the things you own
money is the seat of happiness for you
but actually you are miserable
I tried to help you enjoy just being alive
you decided that it was time to replace me
I wasn't fun or new anymore
it is now definitely not my problem
so you found something else to fill your heart
I would pick up the phone to see how you are
except I know that it'd waste my time
and also it's not my problem.
