To all of those I have come to help
And to all of those I have pushed along
I need you now cant you tell
My knees are weak and I have carried you long
Yet you are not here for me
Where are you where is my stepping stone
Now I need you cant you see
The world around me is empty and alone
So far gone I am yet still looking for you
Just help me to my feet that is all i want
With every stride you ever took i was there with you
i need just a glance of your love but all you do is taunt
My heart is pounding i am down at your feet
Just hold out your heart and hand
Lend your dignity to me and i am worthy you shall see
Let my sinking soul see the sight of land
