Suicidal Deception

Contributed by PsychoticDreamz on Sunday, 9th May 2004 @ 05:31:47 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Her open casket shown to the world
For all to see this beautiful girl

Taken by pain, fighting, and her hand
Her existance she could no longer stand

At the funeral, few did come to gaze
To see her where she'll forever lay

Not moving, not breathing, no loving beating heart
She tried to love, she tried to care, but no one shared their part

Lonely in this world, now to rest alone forever more
She has left all she wanted, to reach the other door

Where she thought possibly happiness was on the other side
She was so desperate and broken to find it she took her life

Now she stands still alone. Walking with those who live
Seeing her family and friends crying, With love they now wish to give

Its too late and they know it, she feels her pain return
She sits in her old room, feeling the tears that burn

She says a final goodbye and walks to her stone where she lay
Seeing the freshly dug grave, she sits waiting for the light of day

When she wakes she forgets all about it and looks ahead to see
"Here lies our baby, whom we love and need.

She took her life, though she didn't know she took our's too
We'd give anything to once again have you."
