if i had one word to say
i would say leave
because you're causing me
so much grief
because you said
you loved me
i want to tell you i love you too
but i don't know how it would seem
wierd, strange,
a major relief
you're driving me crazy
i'm scared to say things out loud
afraid this may all be a dream
i don't want this moment to leave
this moment is the reason i live
i've wanted for so long to tell you
i love you
but i was to scared to let it out
now is the chance
for me to tell you now
but the words aren't coming out
i see your face start to fill with doubt
before you turn away
its been five months
down to the day
and i'm still here
the words still in my throat
my mouth still open
wanting them to come out
