blimey between these mint-colored sheets a golden vessel of heat and memories
the pillows voyeurs to my dreams
curls of cigarette smoke reach up for the ceiling fan soothing constant activity
can't sleep can't sleep can't sleep
let's recall the words the wonderful words said we didn't say
let's recall the ways luscious, yummy ways he touched me or not
I grab at my breasts and ache in anticipation possible foresight?
the one to come the one who'll make me forget all that I've seen will never see
