stainless so white it almost glowed the innocence of yesterday the days when laughs came easy and smiles weren't just a memory
everyday was an adventure everyday was met with wonder everything felt new and worth seeing the wisdom gained through torment was not yet a relentless burden
life was still good
but nothing lasts forever purity always dies no nothing lasts forever but some things should last longer
examined him with eyes that weren't yet orbs of hate accepted him on sight just like everyone else never once did the thought occur that...
though everything happened so fast it all felt like forever and the memories it made will scream beyond eternity no one deserves that pain no one should feel that shame the crib death of innocence in secret buried to an audience of two and only one is mourning while the other one is moaning
ripped out like a beating heart all for the sake of sick addiction too pure, too tempting too good to pass up and at the cost of a future his pleasure was gained
after a time a time too long his crimes moved on leaving only a year's worth of dried tears and dried blood and memories that cling like a stain
the child grew up the child moved on but inside the child still remains curled up and crying helpless and alone wondering why and seeing the world through brand new eyes
years have passed and others know and some still come to weep at the grave of innocence but it's little help when the funeral was witnessed by only a frightened child and a monster of a man
(the slaughter of purity and the death of innocence went unnoticed for years marked only by the first grave in a child's mind and the beginning of a lifetime of tears)

What a wonderful write. A perfect analogy of the world we live in when it gets overgrown with capitalism's tares. |

Personally, I suggest taking out any was's that you possibly can, preferably all of them.
For example:
everyday was an adventure
everyday was met with wonder
becomes
An adventure unfolded everyday
And wonder greeted every sunrise
I know it probably feels like I'm molesting your poem, but that was just an example and you don't have to take my advice.
Over all I like it
