She walked through the corridors Her shoulders bent, her eyes cast down Lugging all her schoolbooks alone Her face sculpted into a frown
With all the people passing by Laughter echoing through the halls The girl she trudges slowly on Past all the vibrant, vivid walls
Continuing on to her classroom She tripped ungracefully and fell An angel stooped down to help her up And smiling, whispered I wont tell
The girl accepted the angels hand Rising from where she had fallen The angels smile touched her life Reaching the depths of her heart within
The girl escaped her self-made cocoon And learned to laugh, smile and play Cuz one person shared their magic changing the girls life in just one day

Awww . . . I'm willing to bet this poem brought a smile to everyone who has read this touching little poem. Sweet and moving and a great reminder of how it can be the little things that mean the most . . .
