A final reddened tear, drops into a
pool of forgotten friends
One unkissed heart, no longer struggles
beneath an ocean of pain
Chewed up and spit out, into a world
of unquenched thirsts
Once smiling wings,
fall limp with rejection.
Jelousy attacks the remaining
portions of unanswered prayers.
Within a beloved, thought-to-be
undestructable fantasy
lies a silenced ANGEL, fallen
from her cloud of broken dreams.
