You come like a thief in the night
Your victims can not even fight
For you come quietly
Creeping, silently
You have lost already but still you try
Your victims can only cry
Why do you try so hard?
But God can read you like a card
You have lost, we get to win
No more in the bondage of sin
You came like a thief in the night
But now we can fight
With our Lord the light
