Our Mother Earth
provides the
best for us,
but alas,
we turn around
and damage her heart.

Mankind has to suffer
with her rage,
as she turns around
and creates violent storms.

Today is Earth Day.
~*~*~
What are you going to do,
to change the way
the Earth is being treated?

| totally agree.. If we don't take care it. what will it be like for our children. I think of it all the time. especially how the trees are being cut down so much of the time to build business's and homes. what happens to all the animals that llived there. alot to think about and come up with plans keep it clean and keep it growing . good write. sandy |

Amen to all of that!
It's disgusting the way people ruin nature . . . I thought this was very well put (yea, Earth Day! :) ) and especially liked the idea of natural disasters being Nature's revenge on humanity's disregard of her. Nicely done --as always-- Cynthia :).
