At first it thought, I was wee
now it denies it could even see.
I solved it with myself
I put on my best tie and played it's guitar
it refused to partake, but read me a book
I tryed to not look, I tryed to stare
with a flash of its hair, a twitch of its eye
I loved then I cried; I understood why
and greater why not, its too long pass
could never be caught.
Still one does try, to look in its eye
and secretly dream, of sharing the same sky.
Still one does try, to reason with doubt
and quietly pine, of making it mine.
When all the world's a stage,
when fate ends our duet song
it will enter left, and exit right
I will enter right and exit wrong
