Sing the song from your heart
As the sun sets behind the hill
You see the beauty all around
Bringing sweet tears to your eyes
Running down your cheeks
Touching upon your lips
The fire reds and orange
The yellows of the sun
All merge together
As the sun is slowly slipping
Down to whence it came
The shadow of impending darkness
Slowly creeping towards you
But you are not afraid
For you're writing down your words
Words that dance right off the page
A soft breeze
Blows it's gentle kiss
Cooling your hot brow
The clouds trudging over head
Going nowhere
But always somewhere
A faint star twinkling
Darkness drawing closer
The sun still dropping
Whilst the moon does rise
A sigh escapes your lips
Beauty is what you make it
No one else may know
What provokes your tears
For they are not as moved
By what the Earth does now
But you know
What you witness here
Is the most beautiful sight
In your minds eye
There is beauty all around
