When i look into your sea green eyes
i know the reason why i am alive
everything seems to make sense
of why i was placed down here on this earth
you have given me the strength i need
to excell in everything i do
to succeed.
When things seem like they are falling apart
i want you to know that deep down inside of my heart
you are everything that ive dreamt of
through days so rough and lonely nights
You are...
the burning desire that eternally ignites
the flame of life inside of me.
You are the hand that guides me when i am misguided
the light of my life that shines so brightly
without you i would be lost forever
you are my saviour
If it weren't for you i dont want to know where i'd be
Still trapped within the darkness
unable to see clearly.
I know sometimes
that im not the easiest person to get along with
nor am i always a pleasure to be around
I wish i could do to you what you do to me
be able to show true feelings
without making a sound
Just by a look,a stare,a glance
I can tell you really love me
I guess thats how love is
or how it should be.
I'll be the one to hold you
and make things around us and within us
seem alright
I'll take your hand and lead you from darkness
to the light
Alot of times i think of life without you
living day in and day out
having noone there when i cry
but its not that i cant live without you
I just dont even want to try.
What ever reason ive had to leave you
in the past i know ive had a few
but despite all them reasons
my place has always been beside you
As each and every day goes by
I turn up to the heavens to thank the lord
for sending someone like you into my life
Someone i adore
as much as i adore you.
