I've cried many tears in my coffee
Many pillows my teardrops have stained
I've cried in the silence of darkness
I've cried when my heart ached with pain
I've allowed tears to flow with remorse
Over loved ones who've moved on ahead
I've permitted the tears to come forth
For regrets over words that I've said
Many pages I've dampened in sadness
While trying to write words from the heart
But also, I've cried tears of joy
When my life found a new place to start
As others, I've walked in the rain
My own tears creating the showers
But I've cried with every emotion
And through tears I've discovered the power
So I've learned it's better to cry
Than to hold back the pain and regret
And my tears will continue to flow
For each tear will make me stronger yet

Yes indeed, doesn't it just feel great to 'let it all out' either in tears or in writing. That was lovely, so sincere. Had love rythem & flow to it. Nice Read. I look forward to seeing more of your stuff.
