I started thinking
Maybe some day soon I will fall
Maybe later on today Ill decide to climb
But to be just here seems fine to me
In-between the rich and poor hearts where love once grew
Beneath my hand lies a stick
And beneath my feet I can feel land
Im getting older but not as much as you
Every year I shed some more skin and some skin grows
And it climbs onto me as I do you
And I peel it off as you do me
And somewhere in-between we meet
Somewhere like here
To be here seems fine to me
In-between the flesh and the skin where blood once flew
Dancing with myself looking in the mirror
Looking at the trees
They look so fragile to me
