Love is a complicated word you see
But when youre around its clear to me
Love is friendship, trust, and hope
Love is a bumpy endless slope
Love can be good or sometimes bad
It makes you happy or even sad
Some peoples love doesnt last for long
Ours will though because its strong
Some men and women arent meant to be
But thats different for you and me
We were meant to be together
Our love will last entirely forever
Love can last hours or sometimes days
Love is mysterious in many ways
Love can last years or even forever
If theyre meant to be together
For I love you and you love me
We were really meant to be
