Feeling exhausted but can't sit still
Constantly overwhelmed, constantly ill
That lump in my throat never goes away
Those harsh words you speak, in my heart they stay
Positive my life will be over soon
Hoping it will end before tomorrow's noon
Fearing the true love that I will never find
Always leaving those I hold dear, leaving them behind
What will it take to just be a whole?
I'm afraid no savior can ever mend this soul
But I'm becoming immune to who I am
An idol to the depressed and my number one fan
