When i was young you tormented me
i was down and you laughed
i dont know why your heart is so dark
all i know is that youll get it back
I got older and wiser
many of you moved away
but the more that left the more that came
i dont understand why you do this
you must have no heart, no love, no soul
Even later in life i started to stand up
but still you would laugh and make fun
though, your the one with something wrong
you were all too blind to see
too ignorant to be
im sorry you have to be that way
you always said there's something wrong
Even though your the one who should see
your the one that will die alone
always judging before you can see
how people really are
people like me

| I love your poem. I was in the same position but with family. If that is something you went through, I am terribly sorry and can relate entirely. I felt the hurt and i felt the confusion in others stupidity and how emotionless they truly are, Again I am sorry. Your poem hit the spot. I loved it. :) |
