Without Fear

I do not fear mydestiny.
As the skies rage
As everything begins to fade
Bitter pouring rain...
Licking at my wounds
My blood flowing unstopped from my flesh
I hold my sword as I die.
This is my only friend
And i pray to Odin
That he will Take me home.
The battle still rages
Not a pause for a lone warriors death
All i hear are the raindrops falling
Slow motion to the ground.
"Death release me.
Free me from my earthly pain
Odin i beg you please.
Take me home"
The sky is bright
the heaven lit
The Valkeries in shining armour
Slowly begin to descend.
I lay my head on the ground
And my eyes slowly close
I know that Odin's sent for me.
And I'm at peace to die.
Without fear i slip away.
Without fear I die.
I hold my sword my final breath
and I am without fear.
