Just Another Day in... My World

Shattered dreams
fall from the sky,
their sharp jagged edges
demolishing the future.
Nothing remains but
hopeless sorrow in a world that's
falling to pieces.
People run and scream
as the broken spirits
impale their worthless bodies.
But many are already
too dead to care.
