sometimes, I wish
that I could fly
I would soar so high
fly far and wide
rise above all of
my fear and pain
and never feel your
degradation ever again
you left me no choice
but to fight for my life
I can not back down now
it just would not feel right
all that I wanted was for you
to leave me alone
you wouldn't take no
for an answer now
I see how your hatefulness
towards me has grown
