I cut myself today, to see if I could take away the pain. My friends don't understand, They all think im insane.
But the feeling that you get, when the knife touches your skin. Is just a feeling of relief, Of the woman I am within
I only wish I had someone to talk to, A person that cared about me. Some who understands what I'm doing, A person who can see what I see.
I only have one friend in this world, One who understands my life. He understands the pain and suffering, My best friend, the kitchen knife

i understand the need for release, the desire to free from the anxiety but not the cutting. i just can't deal with agony in any form. i get too much from just waking up and opening my eyes.
nice write, though.

Very moving, very well written, I can relate ona personal level. I hare found frienship in blades, glass, but I am now strong enough to get thru the pain without the need to cut, it took me a long time to get here 9 years , but it is something that I know you will be able to overcome when you find the strength from somehere.
Takecare and keep writing, you can get a great outlet from that, I know I do,
