Eye Candy

Contributed by Delano2002 on Monday, 15th July 2002 @ 09:52:10 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Now that I have aptly settled into my second
decade; and ripening with voluptuous anticipation
for my third, I find nothing so pleases me as
much as the embrace in a lovers arms, the
tenderness of a kiss, and the sweet exchange of
nothings unto twilight hours of the night.

Do I sound amorous? Perhaps to the
unacquainted. Do I feel that way? Indisputably
so. I have reached a point where romantic love
delights me as much as my love for people and
sometimes more so.

As a Romanticist, I would have my days spent
with the love of my life, the radiant colors of
spring against her silhouette, and the warmth of
summer against her skin. I want to see
hummingbirds drinking the sweet nectar of a
flower and bees busy producing syrupy honey, a
cheerful robin singing in my ears. All sight of a
paradise and bliss, serenity and tranquility, will
find welcome places in my minds eye.

My nights will with pleasure receive leisure:
the long walks on the oceans shore, and the cool
sensation on the moon lit sand. I like the
emanating heat of a passionate kiss, the air
-cleansing wind of a hurricane, and the chills of
monsoon-like storm in the night. And I will have
warmth. The unfailing warmth of two burning
embers and the comforting warmth of two lovers
snuggled under a blanket.

Let her and I be firmly joined, a yoking
together of an indefinite bond.
Let the flavor of a blossoming cherry join the
taste of chocolate syrup in delighting my salivary
glands. Give me the aroma of stirring passion
and odor of sizzling sweat. I do not refuse the
profound scent of love or the saline taste of
excited nipples, for it indeed reminds me of the
bitter sweetness of dark chocolate and the
pungency of an unripe strawberry.

And the Love of my life --- mentioned last, but
not by a hair's breadth the least. I wish for the
feel of her silky skin against mine and the pinch
of her teeth on my ear. I welcome the soothing
touch of her soft hands against my back and her
tender lips on my face. I want the softness of
her hair between my fingers and her luscious
lips melting against mine. Arms that fit cozily
without callousness or squeezing, reassuring
hands that caress without uncertainty.
