Blood stained hopes,
brownish red,
old.
I've learned to stop hoping.
To hope is to cry,
to care is to die.
Falling appart,
just the insanity's
keeping me together.
The stiches are weaking,
bursting seams,
poisoned hapiness,
just tricks and
illusions.
Slaughtered dreams,
like they ever come true!
Masacared before they
even take a stand,
knew I couldn't do it.
I've stoped trying.
Why bother?
You're povided with nothing to
defend yourself,
nothing to deflect the blow of
reality.
All the lies your parents tell you
when you're a little child,
"You can do anything
if you try your best!"
The world will just
use and abuse you.
Sorry, kiddos!
Barney's over!
Wake up and smell the decay.

I disagree with the first comment. Feeling a lack of posting anything intelligent I will just say 'wow' and my most overused comment that 'this touched me'
