You are my leaf
brown and withered,
you wisp and float,
carried on the icy winds
of contradicting solidarity...
These streets are black and grey, and
you are helpless to resist
Over cracks in the pavement
(my heart)
you are dragged
limbs flailing
past broken windows, boarded up
you are the junkie in the back alley
hollow eyes
...as black as I...
broken fingers,
punctured skin,
your needle
soul
...has shattered...
...you are a part of me...
...you wisp and float,
carried on the icy winds
of contradicting solidarity...
You are my helplessness,
you are my blade.
As you cut into me, now
my lungs, my heart,
collapsing...
My breath has always been for you
and still for you,
i gasp, i fall...
I am your child
(knotted hair)
left alone to watch
the blood drain from your milky eyes...
sweat mingles with tears
your pale hand,
cold and damp,
fingers clasped around my ankle, and
i can't get it off...
i can't get it off...
...you wisp and float

wow :| I thought u told me you no longer had any talent. This was bloody brilliant my friend filled with such emotion it sucks your heart dry. I loved it all but the hollow eyes as black as I part really struck me.
