The waves flood over my soul
Devouring my empty broken heart
I can feel the cold breeze stealing my breath
My body becomes weak and powerless
As I let the ocean take over me
The sun above desperately reaches for me
But the water is stronger than light
Dark clouds cover my last dying hope
As my mind, body, and soul now belongs to the sea
The red sun sinks into the night
Bringing to life the dark endless sky
The stars are lit in the brilliant heavens
To shine like the purest diamonds
As I drown into the black darkness
The moon glows inviting the morbid night
To dance in the endless darkness
The night gives life to all that is empty
Bringing power to the dark and lonely
As I melt into the silent dark waters

Absolutely beautiful poem. So serene yet so upsetting. I love when I get mixed emotions of a poem. This one makes me think into the depths of your meanings. I love it.
