Please tell me that I'm dreaming
It's not so easy to stop from screaming
The different voices in my head
All bleed, and hurt, and want me dead
Don't ever think there's not an end
The preists and prophets just pretend
One more step and life is gone
Turn to dust with coming dawn
Lather, rinse, repeat as needed
Mother's wishes all exceeded
Drowning slowly in myself
Place the knife back on the shelf
Fading to black, the story ends
The blade and poisons, my new friends
