"A WEEPING TREE"
Seed survived 'neath the rock. Short of a miracle, a wonder? Lifetime of struggle, n'er balk. Standing still, Creator as an aider.
Tender branches reach for clouds. Protective arms of stone enshrouds. Encouraged by a strong foundation. Knared growth, yet not beaten.
North winds bend, tatter torn. Life within it's trunk adorn. Strength, tenacity, longsuffering Leaning heavily upon the rock weeping.
Dreams shared for decades..... Rocks cry out as an age fades. Only a Creator could design A lone tree, boulder enshrined.

Two very beautiful poems, and a beautiful picture. Reminds me of the Bristlecone pines we have, over 2,000 years old....ah but the mighty Red Woods, twice that age, wonders in awe.
This is so beautiful, thank you.

This is an awesome picture as well as write.
I have hug oaks on my property and som growing under the shades of the oaks. The branches grow straite up like open arms praying. They grow up to get more sun.
I have a great luv for trees myself.
Very god, give u 100 for this one.
luv, huggs, smiles,
your brat,

Amen. Aren't we so like the tree sometimes? If we were to write our own stories, no one would believe, yet we know they happened, so we believe in miracles.
