Tearing Me Apart

Contributed by willow_tara72002 on Friday, 28th May 2004 @ 10:13:55 AM in AEST
Topic: LoveRemembered

Why do you say those things to me
Can you see the hurt it brings me
Why do you keep messing with my head
Making me feel i wish i was dead

Its tearing me apart
Right from the start
You were playing with my heart

I came over, like you said to,
I sat for hours with nothing to do
You wouldnt come near me, or hardly talk to me
I smiles at you from the distance away
You turned your head down, like you had nothing to say

It brakes my heart
Right from the start
Its still tearing me apart

I want to be near you, just to hold you,
Just to touch you
And it kills me inside
All the times that i tryed,
All the times that i cryed
Cause of you, and everything you do, That you did.

I cant even look at you
Cause you always look away
Or you just play, and smile back
Your uncomfortable , just to be within 20 feet of me

I asked to hug you, and you sayno
This is another poem about you hurting me so

Why wont you talk to me,
Why do you lie to me,
Why do you walk away from me
Why wont you look at me,
Just tell me please

Cause right from the start
You were braking my heart
And it will always tear me apart

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
