Angels of Darkness
on this eclipsed night
soaring through the air
like bats in flight
Overcome by evil
no more are they alive
flocking over the city
victims to reprive
Cold blood in their veins
pale skin from lack of light
in the end there'll only be
the vampires that rule the night
They bite the necks
and blood they drain
immortals of night
in darkness they rein
Angels of Darkness
to flee the light
fly to their caves
awaiting the night

FANTASTIC DARK POETRY, ANGEL M
Your image was absolutely perfect also.
I don't care for dark poetry because it scares the hibby jibbies out of me....but I like this one.
