Lightning Strikes
Breaking through the darkness
Thunder erupts
Sending shivers down my spine
You're lying there
Eyes staring back at me
Hollow, empty devoid of emotion
I reach for your hand
Cold.....Lifeless
Much like the person you were
Nobody came to say goodbye
No tears shed for you
Nobody wondering...
How life will go on without you
But here i am grateful.....
That you are not here to.....
Haunt my dreams
Shatter my hopes
Cloud my mind
I hope it's warm where you are
Nobody's gonna be there to hold
Goodbye and Good ridence!
