Its the passion in your expression
Its the kindness in your voice
Its the way you look at me
Its not even my choice
You control the way I feel, like it or not
Your effect on me has been so deep
In reality you know you have my heart
Even when I pretend that my feelings for you have disappeared
I just cant seem to be strong
Our love was meant to be
I speak without a doubt
Never regretting, not even a single day with you
Some days I think its over
Some days I believe were not going to make it
But I just cant seem to convince myself
That our love can not hold out
Your love is my protection
Without you Im not whole
I dont know if you understand the depth of this relationship
You were sent to me from above by an angel
I cant help but feel that this cant continue
It just seems to good to be true
Your love does something to me
Something that Ive never felt before

| This is obviously a good poem but it is typical. I've even written a few like this. Bring more adversity into your poetry. Other then that this poem was very sweet and it brings back old memories. |
