Ive found the strength
inside my heart,
to move on
and make a new start.
It will be hard,
there will be tears,
but I am strong,
I'll fight my fears.
And then one day,
this dark cloud will clear
And I won't cry,
I'll be happy again.
I'll move on,
and start a new life.
One without you,
these tears, our strife.
Maybe one day
I'll see you again,
And we'll be better people
In the End.

Letting go is tough. it brings out confusion and personal doubts. No matter how much it hurts now, it will get better..even if it takes a year. Look deep inside yourself and you'll find strength in places you least expect. Nice poem :))
Perhaps you should try and direct your mind on something new like some form of art or sport. Poetry is a great form of expression yes, but sometimes you need to use a bit more aggression.
I took up Taekwondo a few years back. Its been a great past-time! Whenever I'm angry or frustrated, i just work it out of my system. You should do something new, it'll make you feel free and more in control of your world...plus u might meet special new people.
